I created Finjan Coffee Co. with one goal in mind: to give consumers the bold, authentic taste of Turkish coffee without the heavy acidity that often comes with traditional brewing methods.

Turkish coffee carries incredible depth and heritage, and I saw an opportunity to make it smoother, more versatile, and more accessible for today’s consumer. By reimagining it as a cold brew, Finjan delivers a rich, balanced flavor that can be enjoyed on its own or customized to your preference.

It pairs perfectly with a variety of syrups, and I personally love adding honey and vanilla with different milk options for a smooth, elevated coffee experience.
